  • Good Article, covers a lot of important points. Especially the "unwritten" T&S which is one that seems to come up more often than not. There seem to be a lot of merchants that go in to affiliate marketing with a very casual attitude and don't pay enough attention to the details. Then once they find they've got things going on that they didn't count on they have a knee jerk reaction and lash out without a thought to what their agreement says , or more often doesn't say in terms of what they want affiliates to do for them.
